- Installation
The collector ring is installed on the center pivot irrigator frame , consists of rotation part and fixation part. The rotary structure of rotating part connected device called ‘rotor’. The fixed part installed on the bracket of the equipment,called ‘stator’.
The rotor is fixedly connected through the 3-M8 bolt on the outer cover, and the stator is fixedly connected by two peressing plates at the upper end.
Maintenance
■ Working temperature:-40℃~+80℃;
■ Do not operate the device over the rated voltage and current;
■ Please replace the carbon brush when it is weared more than 2/3 of the original length;
■ Please grease the injection nozzle regularly to prolong the life of the bearing.
